For example the doctor may advice the woman no to do heavy exercises and also not take too much strain. He advises her not to pick up any heavy luggage and not to overwork. The woman should take ample rest and also do some light exercises.
It is very much necessary for the mother to strictly follow the diet recommended by the doctor and also a pregnant woman should not avoid eating food at anytime. This is because proper food intake by the mother ensures that the child is getting proper nutrition
